Philippines - Ambuklao-Binga Hydroelectric June 20, 2008 - A complaint regarding IFC's involvement in the Ambuklao-Binga hydroelectric project has meet CAO's criteria for further assessment. CAO Ombudsman is working with the parties to explore options for resolution. Russkiy Mir II June 12, 2008 - CAO Ombudsman has transferred the Russkiy Mir II complaint to CAO Compliance for appraisal. Karachaganak I Audit Report April 25 , 2008 - CAO has published the audit report of IFC's involvement in the Karachaganak project. Nicaragua - Sugar Estates Limited S.A. April 11, 2008 - A complaint regarding IFC's Sugar Estates project in Nicaragua has met CAO's eligibility criteria for further assessment. The CAO Ombudsman is now working with the parties to explore options for resolution. India - Ramky III March 31, 2008 - CAO Ombudsman has transferred the Ramky III complaint to Compliance for appraisal. Indonesia - Wilmar Complaint March 27, 2008 - CAO Ombudsman has transferred certain issues not amenable to resolution from the Wilmar complaint to CAO Compliance for appraisal.
