April 2010 - CAO and the Centre for Social Responsibility in Mining (CSRM) are sponsoring a workshop, "Opening the Gate to Improved Community Relations in Mining", at The University of Queensland, 19-21 May 2010. The training will transfer practical knowledge from CAO's Advisory Notes to extractive industry managers and practioners working with communities to prevent and manage conflict.
