Filing a complaint:
Complaints should be submitted:
- in writing
- in any language
- by e-mail, fax, mail/post, courier, or delivered to the Office of the CAO in Washington, DC
Supporting material is not required. If you do submit supporting material, CAO will not release it without your consent.
CAO will keep the identify of complainants confidential if requested, but anonymous complaints will not be accepted.
