Prior to joining the CAO, Estefania worked for the Inter-American Development Bank’s fiduciary, internal audit, environmental and social safeguards and risk management teams leading strategy and resource management formulation, implementing business and digital transformations and providing strategic advice to senior management. Estefania is passionate about socio-environmental sustainability, leadership development, project management and employee engagement.
