Dr. Alma Jadallah, a dual national of the United States and Jordan, is an expert in conflict prevention and mitigation. She holds a doctorate in Conflict Analysis and Resolution from George Mason University and is the recipient of the 2017 Distinguished Alumni Award from the Carter School.
Before joining CAO, Dr. Jadallah led Kommon Denominator Inc., an award-winning, woman-owned consulting firm. She has worked globally in crisis and post-conflict settings, serving as an independent and impartial mediator, facilitator, advisor, and designer of dispute resolution processes. Her areas of expertise include identity-based conflict, Women, Peace and Security (WPS), social cohesion, and the intersection of development and security. She previously served as Regional Expert and Coordinator for the UN Panel of Experts on Yemen and has also advised ASEAN on preventive diplomacy and WPS.
