Summary

This 10 minute film depicts the positive outcomes of a CAO mediation process in Nicaragua between a large sugar producer, Nicaragua Sugar Estates Ltd (NSEL) and former workers and local community members affected by chronic kidney disease.  The film captures the diverse voices and perspectives of key stakeholders involved in the dialogue process, and highlights key lessons and challenges.
