Agustina Palencia, an Argentinian national, has experience in international development with a focus on human rights, transparency, civic participation, and accountability. She holds a Master of Arts in International Development Studies from The George Washington University, where she studied as a Fulbright Scholar, and a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from Universidad Empresarial Siglo 21 in Argentina.
Before joining CAO, Agustina worked with various civil society organizations as a policy advocate and project manager, leading initiatives related to development finance, environmental and social safeguards, grievance mechanisms, anti-corruption, access to information, and social accountability. Her work has spanned a broad range of topics, including gender, open government, and due diligence in development contexts.
