Deborah Sarpong, a Ghanaian national, is a Dispute Resolution Analyst with the CAO, where she supports dispute resolution cases. She is an international development professional with a decade of experience across the World Bank Group and the International Monetary Fund, with a background in project management, dispute resolution, research, and knowledge management.

Before joining CAO, Deborah held roles with IFC’s Financial Institutions Group Upstream team and the World Bank’s Finance, Competitiveness and Innovation and Digital Development Global Practices. Earlier in her career, she worked in research, monitoring and evaluation, and project management with Management Systems International, the Population Council, American University, and the British High Commission.

Deborah holds a master’s degree in International Development and Development Economics from American University and speaks English, French and Akan.
