Paula, an Ecuadorian national, joined CAO’s Strategy and Operations team as an Extended Term Consultant. She supports strategy formulation and planning, monitoring and evaluation, change management, and implementation of CAO’s training plan.

Paula holds a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Science in Homeland Security from the University of the District of Columbia, where she graduated summa cum laude. She speaks English, Spanish, Italian, and Portuguese.
