Raymond Von Culin, a dual national of the United States and Italy, is an environmental and social (E&S) specialist with expertise in infrastructure development, natural resource management, and impact assessment in emerging and developing economies. He holds a Master’s degree in Sustainable Urban Planning and a Bachelor’s degree in International Business and Development.

Before joining CAO as a Senior E&S Compliance Specialist, Ray worked as a lead environmental and social specialist at IFC in the Eastern Europe region. His previous roles include serving as an environmental specialist at USAID, where he conducted compliance reviews on high-risk multilateral development bank (MDB) projects, as well as positions at the Asian Development Bank (ADB), the World Bank, and the Cadmus Group.
