Theo Shiva Malhotra, a Canadian and American national, is a Communications Assistant at CAO. His experience spans broadcast news at CBS Evening News, digital media content at Al-Jazeera, and podcast production at the Institute for the Study of Diplomacy. Prior to joining CAO, Theo worked at AfriScout in Nairobi, conducting industry research and data analysis related to livestock markets in Tanzania and Kenya. He previously worked in digital communications and outreach at the United Nations Office for Disarmament Affairs. Theo holds a Master of Science in Foreign Service from Georgetown University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from McGill University.
