Varnika Birla is an Intake and Eligibility Analyst at CAO. She specializes in impact evaluation, policy analysis, and social development, with experience in research, data management and quantitative analysis. Prior to joining CAO, she worked at the Foundation for Social Connection, where she led mixed-methods research, authored national policy frameworks, and managed grant initiatives focused on public health and social well-being. She has also conducted policy evaluations for the National Association of Medicaid Directors and Christian Legal Aid of D.C., and contributed to federal program assessments at The George Washington University. 

Varnika holds a Master of Public Policy from The George Washington University in Washington, D.C., and a Bachelor of Arts in Global Affairs from O.P. Jindal Global University in India. She speaks English, Hindi, Bengali and Turkish.
