Consultant | Dispute Resolution

An Argentine national, Victoria is a lawyer specialized in conflict resolution, business and human rights and public policy. She joined CAO’s Dispute Resolution function as consultant in November 2018. Victoria has consulted with CAO, EITI, UN Women, UNDP and other international organizations and consultancy firms. Prior to joining CAO, she worked as head of ethics, human rights and compliance of an extractive company where she developed and implemented a policy and grievance mechanism to address issues of sexual exploitation, abuse, and harassment (SEAH). Before that, she was an associate in one of Argentina’s top tier law firms handling cross-border and multi-stakeholder environmental disputes before international arbitration institutions and co-heading the firm’s Pro Bono department. She has an JD from the University of Buenos Aires (Argentina), a master in conflict resolution (UBA, Argentina), a master in oil, gas and mining (UBA, Argentina) and an MSc in Public Policy in University College London (UCL, UK), with a Chevening Scholarship.
